BSA Trailer Pumps

BSA 1409

The rugged and easily towable BSA 1409 is ideal for standard jobs reaching up to 300 feet. The BSA 1409 features maximum output of 119 yd³/hr and a maximum pressure of 1537 psi.

BSA 2100

The BSA 2110 is ideal for difficult jobs reaching up to 800 feet. The BSA 2110 features maximum output of 143 yd³/hr and a maximum pressure of 3190 ps.

BSA 2109

The BSA 2109 is ideal for difficult jobs extending up to 800 feet. It features maximum output of 124 yd³/hr and a maximum pressure of 2205 psi.

BSA 14000

The powerful BSA 14000 features the highest pressures and outputs available on the market today. This series provides maximum volume at the greatest distances.

Mortar Machines

P30

Putzmeister’s P30 Mechanical Grout and Concrete Pumps are compact enough to pump patios, walkways, lightweight cellular concrete, grout, slurries and masonry block fill, yet rugged enough to handle foundations, footings, pour-in-place walls and shotcrete for pools and drainage systems. Available in gas (P30G), diesel (P30D) and electric (P30E) configurations.

S5 G

Primarily used for outside plaster and stucco, the S5 G gas model is also popular for pressure grout, vermiculite, swimming pool finish and pipe line refurbishment. Four pump speeds allow precise control while a standard electric start provides added operator convenience.

S5 EV

The S5 EV is the number one choice of asbestos abatement respray applicators in North America. This electric model offers powerful features, including a variable frequency drive, variable speed motor with gear drive, variable speed remote control and reversing feature.

TM 100

Ideal for plaster, stucco, grouts and fireproofing materials, this highly versatile mixer features a paddle type mixing blade with rubber wipers and reversing feature for efficient mixing. Plus, it easily bolts onto the S5 EV for quick, convenient use.

CM 928

Ideal for fireproofers, this continuous mixer is also suited for mixes supplied in bags, containers or silos. Ready on demand, it maintains a steady, consistent supply of material. A low water pressure cut-off, pressure regulator and hopper cover are standard. Putzmeister also offers an optional special bolt-on stand.

Plaster Pumps

Tommy Gun® A3 Series is ideal for high pressure, long distance plastering. Even the coarsest mixtures will flow in a smooth, easy-to-control stream, despite difficult conditions. Factory-set with a short 6" adjustable stroke, the unit features a 2" outlet, four-speed variable drive and standard hopper screen for high efficiency.

Fire Proofing Pumps

For high volume fireproofing, rely on the Tommy Gun with its large 3.75" cylinder, long 8" stroke and 3" outlet to deliver up to 60 bags an hour. The standard Marvel Kit can further increase production by 33%, while obtaining pressures up to 1000 psi. This unit also offers four-speed variable drive and an adjustable two-position stroke from the smoothest pumping.

Big Blue Series PTV 710

For your most demanding jobs, trust Putzmeister’s Big Blue PTV 710. With continuous mixing, a 2000 psi pressure and production capability over 120 bags per hour, this high performance champion holds all fireproofing records. Options include: CM-150 mixer, CM-150 hydraulic kit, Grace paddle kit, 116 paddle mixer and electric versions.

Shotcrete Spraying Systems

SIKA PM 407

The Sika-PM407 is a sturdy mechanised universal concrete spraying system especially developed for the use in mines, tunnels and pits. The system consists of a diesel driven carrier and a spraying boom Aliva-302. Due to the modular design of this system all demands for application are covered.

SIKA PM 500

Thanks to its large working range, the AL-500 concrete spraying system is very suitable for medium and large tunnels, caverns and high slopes. The carrier has an optimal ground clearance and therefore used for steep slopes.

TK 30

Putzmeister’s big boom expertise comes down to size with the TK 40 Trailer-Mounted Concrete/Shotcrete Pump. This rugged workhorse can handle aggregate up to 1-1/2" minus. TK 40

TK 50

While, our TK 70 is ideal for structural concrete jobs, it can pump a variety of materials. Like the other models in the standard Thom-Katt family, the TK 70 can also handle the harshest mixes and tackle a variety of applications.

Katt-Kreter

The Putzmeister Katt-Kreter was designed with the shotcrete contractor in mind. With a 131 hp engine, it has plenty of power to push low slump shotcrete mixes long distances with little loss of volume.
